Uniform - Jazz/Funk Students
Shoes
Black split sole Jazz shoe or boot. No street shoes allowed. Socks can be worn until appropriate shoes can be purchased.
Clothing
Any Gym/Dance wear is suitable such as dance pants, leggings etc, but please ensure that tops are fitted. Clothing must be made from Cotton/Lycra or similar for freedom of movement.
NO street clothing such as jeans, fashion skirts or tops.
NO school uniforms allowed, students must be changed and ready for class.
Hair
Hair must be pulled off face into a neat ponytail or bun before students can participate.
NO JEWELLERY to be worn in any class. Watches distract and other items such as bracelets, necklaces and dangly earrings are dangerous to other students when dancing.
