Prospective Students

Enrolments are taken anytime during the year except Term 4, when students are rehearsing for their end of year concert. Please download the enrolment form and contact us via email or telephone.

A prospective student enrolment day is scheduled in January each year (see home page). Please bring completed enrolment form and sign up. Alternatively if you cannot make the enrolment day you can enroll by contacting me via phone or email.

Current Students

A form is handed out during term 4 for students to return with class choices. Your place is guaranteed once the form has been received. 2007 students who have not returned the form need to contact me via email/phone to confirm your place ASAP. Alternatively, you can also come and see me at enrolment day.

Terms and conditions

It is a condition of enrolment that the following policies are noted and followed.

Fees must be paid in full by Week 3 of each term (unless payment plan in place), otherwise a $10 late fee will be added each week.

No discounts given for students who are absent from classes for up to and including 3 weeks. Longer absences can be acknowledged and discounts applied if prior notice is given or a medical certificate shown.

Students are NOT supervised before or after class, parents need to ensure that students arrive at an appropriate time (10-15 minutes beforehand) and leave as soon as their class is finished (older students can arrive early if permission granted by staff).

Parents/guardians are only allowed to observe class during our open week, usually held mid-year. For new families, parents may observe their child's first class only.

Students must wear correct uniform and have hair done appropriately for every lesson before participation is allowed.

Students must respect staff and other students at all times. A positive attitude is necessary for learning and achievement to take place, all students need to bring this to class. Remember, a student's first teacher is themselves.

Continual misbehavior or disrespect of staff or students will be followed up with parent/guardians and if necessary, enrolment will be cancelled.

Teachers make the final decisions regarding a ballet student's readiness to proceed and/or enter exams.

Continual lateness will not be tolerated. Students who are arriving late need to enter class as quickly and quietly as possible without disturbing other students or the progression of the class.
